1. What is A Strata Title? |
A title is produced for each unit / lot for any multi-storey building that has it units sold. These Units are known as lots. For example :- Flats, apartments, condominiums, Townhouse and shophouses. |

Director of Lands and Mines (PTG) of the State concerned. |
5. What is a Certificate of Sijil Formula Unit Syer (SiFUS)? |
SiFUS is an acknowledgment by the PTG State as a precondition to strata title applications. Typhus will be issued by PTG State after the original owner / developer to resolve the terms of the land. |

Based on the concept of a new workflow, formula predetermined unit shares after the approval of building plans. |
