Objective :
- Ensuring land-related matters in the State of Melaka are orderly in accordance with the legal provisions in force and meet the expectations of stake holders and customers
Functions :
- Processing applications related to land matters such as Government land disposal, temporary occupation licenses, reserves, land acquisition and others for the consideration of State Authority through The Executive Council (MMKN).
- Coordinate policies and processing applications for property ownership by Citizens / Foreign Companies in the State of Melaka.
- Coordinate questions related to land for the Melaka Legislative Assembly.
- Coordinate and manage applications for approval to transfer of Melaka estate land.
- Coordinate and manage applications for listing under Schedule 6 and 7 of the Melaka State Land Code (Penang and Melaka Title) Act 1963.
