Objektif:
- To ensure the process of title registration, dealings and non-dealings are done efficiently and effectively.
Fungsi:
- Administering the registration of registry titles and any affairs related to registry titles.
- Registration of dealings such as discharge, transfer, mortgage, tenancy, easement and non-dealings which includes caveat, prohibitory order, change of name, vesting orders and others.
- Processing application for replacement of lost/destroyed title.
- Provides a correction of title.
- Registration a of a new title.
- Processing of Qualified Title (QT) to Final Title (FT).
